A 48V 100A alternator built for the EGON 48V system. Each unit is made for a specific vehicle platform and mount, and comes pre-configured for EGON so a new system is simpler to set up. They are manufactured in Queensland, Australia, by a family business that has specialised in vehicle alternators for decades.
Part of the EGON 48V system
The alternator is the charging source for an EGON 48V system. It works with the EGON DC-Hub 48V, EGON 48V DC/DC converters, the Wakespeed / Victron 48V control kit and a 48V LiFePO4 battery. Other brands of DC/DC converter or alternator controller are not compatible with the EGON hub.

EGON 48V is not compatible with Toyota's factory 48V hybrid systems (for example, the Prado 250 hybrid).
