Courier Partner

All orders are shipped using The Courier Guy, ensuring safe and reliable delivery across South Africa.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • Main Centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, etc.): 1–3 business days.

  • Regional Areas: 2–4 business days.

  • Outlying / Remote Areas: 3–7 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen courier delays, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout through The Courier Guy app, based on your delivery address and parcel size/weight.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on the site.

Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to follow the progress of your order on The Courier Guy tracking portal.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate (including unit/complex details where applicable).

  • We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal, re-delivery fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • All parcels are securely packaged before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and items.

  • In the rare case of a lost parcel, we will work directly with The Courier Guy to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At present, we only deliver within South Africa. For cross-border shipping enquiries in Sub-Saharan Africa, please contact us directly and we will arrange a shipping quote for you.
